• Partnered with Clinc to train conversational models and build the accompanying business logic backend for their core AI product used in banking and other industries.

• Selected for on-site visits with one of the largest UK-based banks to facilitate product integration.

• Worked on improvements to Clinc internal development tools.

• Mentored V75 staff on becoming proficient in the Clinc workflow.

• Production deployments of these models showed a 95% containment rate in interactions with over 10 million users.
